The SX23L Between Pack Probe (Thermistor) is a universal surface probe designed to be inserted between food packages. It features a flat foil end where the thermistor sensor is located.

The SX23L Between Pack Probe is equipped with a 6-pin Lumberg connector with a locking screw, providing a strong and secure probe-to-instrument connection with better protection against liquid ingress.
