Description
ChefAlarm is a professional cooking thermometer and count-up/countdown timer that displays the count-up/countdown time, current temperature, and simultaneously shows both high/low alarms and max/min temperatures.
The timer is fully programmable, allowing the user to set the count-up/countdown time up to/down from 99 hours and 59 minutes. The unit features a large, easy-to-read LCD display with user-selectable backlighting and a loud audible alarm with an adjustable volume up to 92 dB – perfect for busy professional kitchens.
ChefAlarm also includes a calibration function that allows the user to fine-tune the thermometer’s accuracy (±2.2 °C). The unit is housed in a water-resistant casing and is designed to either sit on a countertop or attach to the exterior of an appliance using the magnetic pads on the back of the instrument.
