The Kito 30 model is a configuration featuring a 50 x 50 mm XY cross table, equipped with two digital readouts (Mitutoyo Digimatic), two data cables, and an interface (Bobe S-BOX 25 MUX / USB) for transferring X and Y coordinates to the KITEC MAX measurement program. Why do we need an interface? Imagine you need to measure an object with a tolerance of +/- 5 um, but the diameter of the test object is 30 mm. If we now use a low magnification to fully capture the part to be measured, we only achieve a resolution of approximately 17 um over 30 mm. Consequently, the specified measurement accuracy can no longer be met. Therefore, we use an appropriate high magnification with low pixel resolution, and by using the XY cross table, the process can transfer the coordinates to the software and measure with the appropriate accuracy.

Of course, we can also supply the system without the interface and data cables if they are not required. Delivery is also possible with the KITEC ECO or PRO version. The cross table can also be supplied for 12 mm diameter instead of 18 mm for holding fixtures. Note that this configuration has an accuracy of +/- 5 um over 50 x 50 mm. Alternatively, an XY measuring table with the SCD system can be used, which provides an accuracy of +/- 2um.
