The Peak Lupe 1962 is a very popular 15x magnifier featuring an achromatic, coated optical system composed of three cemented lenses. With a distortion-free 15x magnification (a relatively high magnification for such a small lens), combined with a 15 mm field of view, it is an ideal aid for precise inspection. For example, a 10x magnification is not sufficient for inspecting printed dots.
