Measuring Loupe, Peak Lupe 2055, Magnification 20x

The Peak Lupe 2055 is a measuring loupe with a wide field of view and 20x magnification, combined with a glass scale graduated in 0.1 mm increments. A very large field of view (12 mm) and a generous measuring range relative to the magnification factor are achieved with this perfect optical system, which consists of two groups of three lenses each.

Precise and sharp measurements can be obtained with clear, upright images. It is ideal for applications where a 10x loupe is not sufficient, but 30x provides too much magnification for comfortable use.

Field curvature and lateral chromatic aberration are perfectly corrected by a combination of four lenses. Two of the lenses are made from a new type of optical glass. Additionally, all air/glass interfaces feature multiple coatings to prevent internal reflections (anti-reflection coating).

Two additional black scales and two white scales are available for these measuring loupes. Made in Japan.
