The ETI ThermaData Stainless Steel Datalogger with 150mm Probe (model 17-293932) is a professional temperature monitoring unit designed for applications requiring data logging at high temperatures and extended depths. The logger features an extra-long 150mm penetration probe, making it ideal for measuring temperatures in deep materials, large-scale processes, or situations requiring significant insertion depth. Housed in a waterproof, food-grade 316 stainless steel casing classified to IP66/67 standards, this datalogger provides superior protection against corrosion, impacts, and moisture, making it perfect for food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, sterilization validation, and other demanding industrial environments.

With a temperature measurement range from -20 to 105°C and a resolution of 0.5°C, this datalogger delivers consistent accuracy in harsh conditions. It can store up to 4,000 temperature readings with a user-programmable logging interval from 1 to 255 minutes. The 150mm long penetration probe enables temperature measurement in deeper products and processes where standard probes cannot reach, ensuring precise monitoring in applications such as pasteurization in large vessels, core temperature validation, and other critical processes requiring extended probe reach.

The ThermaData logger is compatible with the user-friendly ThermaData software, which allows for easy programming of logging frequencies, real-time clock settings, °C/°F units, and delayed start options (up to 23 hours, 59 minutes).
