The C42PCKIT C42C Professional Caterers Kit consists of a C42C Food Thermometer, a PX22L Thermistor (PST) Food Penetration Probe, an AX24L Flexible Wire Air Probe, and an SC22 Small Carry Case.

The PX22L Food Penetration Probe (PST/White) is a thermistor sensor probe designed for food applications. It features a 0.7 m straight cable and a white end cap. The probe handle also includes BioCote antimicrobial protection to prevent the risk of cross-contamination. |
