The large display on the Thermapen instant-read thermometer shows exact temperature measurements with a resolution of 0.1 °C. It has a wide temperature range of -49.9 to 299.9 °C.

Indicators for both low battery level (icon) and open circuit are displayed when applicable. Each Thermapen is powered by a single AAA battery and has an expected lifespan of 2000 hours. The Thermapen One is fully configurable using buttons in the battery compartment. Here you can lock the display position, disable automatic sleep mode, switch between °C and °F readings, or choose between a resolution of 1° and 0.1°.

Intelligent screen for simple controls

The Thermapen ONE thermometer has a range of screen features designed with busy cooks in mind.

The screen automatically turns on/off when the probe is opened or closed and when the instrument is picked up or set down. This maximizes battery life and saves time fiddling with fiddly buttons.

The cool white backlight turns on automatically in low-light conditions, ensuring the reading temperature is clearly visible in all settings. The display also rotates automatically 360°, making it easy to read from any angle and in either hand.

Waterproof, hygienic design with Polygiene BioMaster

Maintaining a hygienic, quick-read thermometer is essential for food businesses. The Thermapen ONE-CASE includes Polygiene BioMaster product protection to reduce bacterial growth. It is also fully waterproof to IP67 standards, allowing it to be submerged in water for thorough cleaning.

Foldable probe with reduced tip

Foldable meat thermometers are ideal for protecting your probe from damage while making it easy to transport and keep at hand throughout the day. The Thermapen ONE features a reduced-tip, penetrating stainless steel probe that rotates 180° and folds into the side of the instrument for safe storage.
