The ETI 17-228120 RayTemp 2 Plus is a professional non-contact infrared thermometer featuring an innovative automatic 360° rotating digital display that keeps readings upright and legible regardless of the thermometer’s orientation. Designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom, this high-precision instrument offers a wide temperature measurement range from -49.9 to 349.9°C, with impressive accuracy of ±1°C over the critical range of 0 to 100°C. The RayTemp 2 Plus has a distance-to-spot ratio of 5:1, which requires the thermometer to be held relatively close to the target for optimal accuracy.

With an intuitive three-button function, users can easily switch between °C/°F measurements, view ambient temperature, and access the max/min recording function. The adjustable emissivity function (preset to 0.95 but adjustable from 0.1 to 1.0) ensures accurate readings across various surface types and materials. The backlit display improves visibility in poorly lit environments, while the Biomaster antimicrobial additive in the housing helps prevent bacterial growth, making it particularly suitable for food applications.
