Description
The 56-RTR-576-S is TandD’s specialized air quality logger — measuring carbon dioxide concentration (CO₂), temperature, and humidity in a single unit, featuring high-precision sensors for T/RH that provide a wider measuring range and better accuracy than the standard model.
Designed for workplaces, classrooms, conference rooms, healthcare facilities, and indoor climate monitoring where elevated CO₂ levels can indicate insufficient ventilation and affect concentration, drowsiness, and well-being. The built-in automatic calibration function ensures reliable measurements over long operating cycles without manual adjustment. The measuring range of 0–9,999 ppm covers both normal office environments (~400–1000 ppm) and critical thresholds (1000 ppm = fatigue, 2000 ppm = significant discomfort).
Features
- Measures CO₂, temperature, and humidity simultaneously in 3 channels
- CO₂ measuring range: 0 to 9,999 ppm

Applications
The 56-RTR-576-S is selected for indoor climate and workplace monitoring where CO₂ is a critical parameter: schools and classrooms (elevated CO₂ linked to reduced learning), offices and conference rooms, healthcare facilities and hospitals, ventilation system monitoring, greenhouses with controlled CO₂ atmospheres, and vehicle test environments. Also useful in the food industry (fermentation processes, cold storage with controlled atmospheres). For light and UV measurement instead of CO₂, see the 56-RTR-574-S. For continuous CO₂ monitoring without a wireless base unit, see the 56-TR-76UI (USB connection to PC).
