MTM-100 featuring a measurement area of 100 x 100 mm. Specifically designed for use with upright microscopes, these measuring stages have a 3-plate structure. Highly accurate measurements are guaranteed through the use of the MR measurement system. Position definition on the two measurement axes is via the SCD display. Data from measurements is read via USB cable using the KITEC MAX software, with the XY coordinates shifted within the measurement software. Depending on the application, it is supplied with a glass or metal insert plate (please specify when ordering). NOTE: When using this model, a height adjustment of approximately 60 mm will remain in conjunction with the 0.5x accessory lens, which provides its large working distance of 170 mm.
